SINO-DENTAL 2011 Booth Reservation Notice
 
Dear enterprises: 
Thank you for your participation and support to SINO-DENTAL for all these years. SINO-DENTAL 2011 will be held during June 9-12 at the China National Convention Center (CNNC). In accordance with the requirements of the majority of the exhibitors, and in order to make the booth reservation and confirmation procedure more efficient and smooth, SINO-DENTAL 2011 booth reservations will follow the principle of "Those ones who reserve more booths have the priority in booth reservation. For those who have similar number of booths demanded, first come first served."  
 
The specific arrangements are as follows:
 
I  Reservation Schedule:
Phase I: July 15—August 25
July 15-31: Booth application period for National Pavilions, and the enterprises that reserve 8 or more booths.
August 1-25: Booths confirmation and booking deposit clearance; 
Phase II: September 1-30
September 1-15: Booth application period for the enterprises that reserve 4-7 booths (including 4 booths)
September 16-30: Booth confirmation and booking deposit clearance;
Phase III: October 10—November 20
October 10-31Booth application period for the enterprises that reserve 1-3 booths (including 3 booths)
November 1-20: Booth confirmation and booking deposit clearance.
 
II Booth Reservation Procedure
Phase I and Phase II: 

Within the respective aforementioned time limit, the enterprise should FAX the Booth Application Form, together with Business Certificate, Manufacture and Operation Permission, and Product Registration Certificate to the Organizing Committee. (Please download the Booth Application Form on the homepage of www.sinodent.com.cn/en) The Organizing Committee will confirm the booth application by FAX. The booking deposit (RMB 3000 for each booth) should be cleared within 10 working days after receiving the booth confirmation letter; otherwise the applied booths will not be retained.
Phase III:  
To be announced. Please visit our website at intervals.
 
 
Note: 
1.   If there were any adjustment of the aforementioned Reservation Schedule or Procedure, the specific schedule and procedure will be released on our website www.sinodent.com.cn/en. Please check our website for the most updated information about SINO-DENTAL at intervals.
2.   The Organizing Committee will inform all the enterprises of the updates of SINO-DENTAL by fax or email. Please make sure that all the contact information for your exhibitor account is correct. Should there is any change of the contact information, please inform the Organizing Committee on time.
3.   The Organizing Committee will arrange the booths according to your application and the overall arrangement of the exhibition. We would try our best to satisfy your requirement; however, there is the possibility that certain re-arrangement may occur.
